As a group, we currently accept Excellus, Fidelis, MVP and Aetna commercial insurances, as well as Medicaid. Kelly is in-network with United/Optum/Oscar. For those with insurance we are not in network with, we provide detailed receipts (superbills) to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement if out-of-network benefits are covered.

Accessibility of care is extremely important to us. To help ease the financial commitment to investing in therapy, we are pleased to offer an Income-based Sliding Scale for those who may not otherwise have access to care.

Scheduling: Appointments are booked on a first come, first serve basis. Currently afternoon and after school appointments are full. We have an open waitlist for Monday-Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Behavioral Support

Behavioral support is an intensive service that involves work with both the child and parent(s)/caregiver(s) individually and jointly. All behavioral services emphasize nurturing secure attachments, providing trauma-informed care, and understanding developmental stages and needs. Fees will be based on type of service provided at each session.
